Black Bean Tofu Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 block lowfat firm silken Mori Nu Lite Tofu
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Italian style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Preparation:

Cube the tofu, and combine everything in a med-sized saucepan. Cook on med-low for 30 min.
