American Farm Turkey Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs Turkey; grind fine
  • 3/4 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Bay leaf; crushed
  • 1 cup Cold water

Preparation:

Combine the ingredients in order as listed in a large bowl; mix well. Shape into 12 patties using about 1/4 cup of mixture per patty. Patties can either be pan-fried or frozen for later use.
