Apple Cider Turkey
- 1 (3 to 4 lbs) boneless turkey breast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup apple cider*
Place turkey inside a greased 3 1/2- to 5-quart crock pot. Salt and pepper meat to taste. Pour apple cider over top. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
A turkey breast with bone can be used by increasing the cooking time to 10-12 hours on LOW.
*Apple juice can be substituted.Servings:
