Boned Turkey with Peanut Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 lbs boneless, fresh turkey, or if frozen, thawed image placeholder

In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, chunky peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili powder, sugar, and crushed garlic clove; stir well.

Pound deboned turkey until flattened to 1-inch thick. Marinate in the peanut butter sauce overnight.

Grill over medium coals for 15 minutes on each side, baste frequently with the sauce.
