Apricot Venison Meatballs for Fondue

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs ground venison
  • 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chopped dried apricotsp
  • pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Form into small meatballs for fondue.

Servings: 2 to 2 1/2 dozen meatballs
