Cheesy Roast Beef Wraps

  • Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 6 Garden vegetable-flavoredflour tortillas (8-inch dia.)
  • 3/4 lbs Thinly sliced cooked roastbeef
  • 1 cup Lightly packed spinachleaves
  • 1 md Bell pepper, cut into strips
Cheesy Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
  • Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
  • 1 Jar (16 oz.) process cheesespread
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 4 md Green onions, sliced (1/2 cup) image placeholder

Prepare cheesy dipping sauce. Spread 2 tsp mustard over each tortilla. Top with roast beef, spinach and bell pepper. Roll up tortillas. Serve with sauce.

Cheesy Dipping Sauce: Heat cheese spread and milk in 1 1/2 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Stir in onions. Serve warm.
