Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
  • 2 regular-sized packages of chipped beef
  • 2 heaping Tbsp of horseradish

Preparation:

Chop up chipped beef and mix with cream cheese. Add horseradish, and mix everything together.

Form into ball, and chill for 1 hour or longer before serving.

Serve on plate with Club House Crackers or Ritz Crackers.
