Coon Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 10 oz. package coon cheese
  • 1 - 20 oz. package Bisquick
  • 1 lbs hot sausage

Preparation:

Melt cheese in top of double boiler; blend sausage and Bisquick. Pour cheese over sausage and Bisquick. Form into balls and bake at 375° F.
