Cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 - 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation:

Reserve 1/2 cup pecans. Mix remaining ingredients together. Form into 2 balls or logs and roll in remaining nuts. Chill before serving.
