Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 4 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 med. onion, grated
  • 2 Tbsp MSG salt
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large bottle dried beef - blended

Preparation:

Mix cream cheese, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and only 1/2 of the beef. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball in the leftover dried beef. Serve with crackers.
