Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 10 oz. cheddar cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz. bleu cheese
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:

Process cheddar cheese in food processor until crumbled. Add cream cheese, bleu cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Process until smooth. Add half of the pecans and half of the parsley. Mix well. Spoon into bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill covered for 4 hours. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers.
