Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup - 16-oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 - 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp white Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation:

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce. Process until smooth. Chill for 1 hour, if necessary. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in nuts. (Cover and chill until serving.) Flavor is better at room temperature. Yield: 25 to 30 servings.
