Parmesan-cream Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • assorted crackers

Preparation:

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing and Parmesan cheese; beat until blended. Stir in crumbled bacon and green onions; cover and chill at least 3 hours. Shape mixture into a ball; garnish if desired. Serve cheese ball with assorted crackers. Yield 2 3/4 cups.
