Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 - 8 ounce package crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 2 cups crushed pecans

Preparation:

Mix cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, seasoning salt, and one cup of pecans. Mix well and shape into ball. Roll in remaining cup of pecans. Chill and enjoy.
