Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose baking/biscuit mix
  • 16 oz. cheddar cheese or 4 cup shredded
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup garlic powder

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Mix all ingredients together.

Form into 1" balls.

Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.

Makes about 6 dozen.

Can be frozen for later use.
