Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs smoked salmon or trout, flaked
  • 1 1/2 lbs (24 oz.) softened cream cheese spread
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation:

Mix salmon or trout, cream cheese, onion, salt, lemon juice and horseradish together, forming a ball. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
