Heat oven to 375° F. Combine cheese, flour, margarine, salt, and pepper making sure all ingredients are mixed well.
Knead dough with fingers. Dough will form easier if you use soft grated cheese and soft margarine. Pinch off small piece of dough approximately the size of a quarter and flatten it out Place an olive into center of flattened dough and roll dough around olive. Balls can be rounded faster if you use palm of hands while rolling. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet or freeze until ready to use. After cooking, place on paper towel to cool.
