Sauté chicken, onion and jalapeños until chicken is done, (cut a chunk of chicken in half to check).
Transfer chicken mixture to a bowl and add cooked and crumbled bacon.
In a large skillet use a small amount of vegetable oil and cover pan.
On low to medium heat place one tortilla in bottom.
cover with some of chicken and top with cheese, place another tortilla on top.
Flip by using a large spatula underneath and your hand on top.
Done when cheese is melted or bottom tortilla is brown.
Continue procedure until all of the chicken is gone.
