Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • Sauce:
  • 1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 bottle of water
  • 1 cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1 can of drained sauerkraut
  • 1 can of whole cranberry sauce

Preparation:

Mix ground chuck, bread crumbs and soup mix. Bake at 250° F till done.

Meatballs can be frozen at this point. Combine chili sauce, water, brown sugar, sauerkraut, and cranberry sauce. Simmer till well mixed and pour over baked meatballs.
