In a sauce pan, Sauté one half of the bell pepper and one half of the onion in a little butter.
Add the Prego sauce and tomato paste along with 1 1/2 tomato paste cans of water. Add 1 tsp of pizza seasoning and 2 Tbsp parsley.
Let the sauce simmer. In a large mixing bowl, mix hamburger, other half of bell pepper and others half of onion, 3 Tbsp parsley and 1 tsp pizza seasoning. Mix well. Pinch off small amount off meat and roll into ball.
Drop into frying pan. When meatballs are done, drain and put into the simmering sauce and simmer some more.
