Mix together the ground chuck, eggs, soup mix and bread crumbs and form into meatballs. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam and put meatballs in pan. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cranberry sauce, sauerkraut, chili sauce and water. Pour over the meatballs. Preheat oven and bake at 350° F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the size of the meatballs.
