Father Paul's Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 lbs ground veal
  • 1/2 lbs ground pork
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Romano Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 loaf day old Italian bread
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparation:

Mix meats with eggs, milk, parsley, cheese, salt, and pepper. Soak bread in warm water until soft adn then add to meat mixture.

Mix in chopped garlicup Roll into balls an dthen re-roll in Italian bread crumbs. Fry in olice oil until cooked through.
