Italian Meatballs

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown slowly in 3 Tbsp of olive oil.
