Meanwhile heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a medium skilleTbsp After rolling meat mixture into meatballs, place in skillet. Brown meatballs on all sides. Take care not to burn. When they are completely browned, remove one at a time, draining off all grease and place into sauce, cover again. Cook until meatballs are completely cooked. Serve over spaghetti first then pour sauce over dish.
