Preheat oven to 300° F. cook onion and garlic in margarine until wilted. Then combine in mixing bowl the meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk. Blend gently and chill 2 hours. Shape meat into 1-1/2 inch diameter balls. Brown a few meat balls at a time in oil.
As they brown, transfer to pie plate and keep warm in oven. Add flour, paprika and cayenne pepper to skillet and stir in hot beef stock. When the mixture is blended and smooth, remove the skillet from the heaTbsp Add sour cream after it cools, beat vigorously. Reheat, but don't boil. Add meat balls and heat and serve.
