Preheat over to 450° F.
Beat eggs slightly and add milk and bread. Mix well and set aside until bread is moist. Add meat and all ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 24 meatballs and place in well-greased baking pan.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until completely done.
Serve over noodles with creamy dill sauce.
SAUCE: melt 2 Tbsp butter and add 2 Tbsp flour and cook until mixture bubbles.
Stir in 1 cup water slowly and continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens. Stir in 1 cup sour cream, 1 Tbsp catsup, and 2 Tbsp dill weed.
Heat just to boiling.
