Combine corn, turkey, egg, chiles, milk, butter and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl. Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl; add to corn mixture. Stir just until combined.
Heat 2-inches of oil to 375° F in a large, heavy-duty skillet. Drop 1/4 cup of batter into oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown. Drain; serve with Picante Sauce.
