Preheat oven to 400° F. In resealable plastic food-storage bag combine flour, salt and pepper. Add wings and shake until evenly coated. Pour wings into wire mesh strainer and shake off excess flour. Place hot sauce in a bowl; dip chicken wings one at a time into sauce until evenly coated. Place in single layer on baking sheet that has been misted with olive oil spray. Roast 30 minutes, turning once at halfway point Serve immediately with low-fat blue cheese dressing, if desired.
