Heat oven to 425° F. Separate chicken wings at joints; discard tips.
Mix Bisquick, cornmeal, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into buttermilk; coat with cornmeal mixture. Arrange close together in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
Drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
