Cut chicken wing tips off and dispose of them. Cut chicken wings in half at joinTbsp Wash chicken thoroughly. Set aside. Heat the whole can of shortening in a deep fryer or a deep cooking pot While shortening is heating, mix flour, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken wings in eggs, roll them in the flour mixture, and place in fryer or pot (put about 12 wings in at a time) cook until deep golden brown.
Place cooked wings on paper towel to absorb grease drippings. When all the wings are cooked, place the chicken wings in a bowl and add your favorite Boss sauce over the top. Cover with a lid and shake the bowl.
