Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, water, mustard, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, red pepper, and salt. Bring to boil. Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered at 350° F for 1 1/2 hours or until done, basting with the sauce occasionally.
