Heat oven to 350° F. Beat egg in bowl. Mix in beef, pork, 2/3 cup barbecue sauce, crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic and salt. Shape scant 3/4 cup mixture into 4 x 2 x 1 inch loaf, for total of 6.
Place on jell-roll pan. Top each loaf with about 2 tablespoons of remaining barbecue sauce. Bake in 340 oven for 30 minutes, until internal temperature registers 160. Let stand on pan 10 minutes. Serve immediately or cool completely; refrigerate and serve cold. NOTE: For softer-textured meat loaf, substitute 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs.
