Barbecued Pork Loin

Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 to 5 lbs) pork loin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 4 drops Tabasco® sauce

Preparation:

Place pork loin in shallow pan. Roast at 325° F for 45 minutes per pound. Pour off pan drippings 1 hour before done.

Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over pork loin; continue roasting, basting often.
