Cut ribs so that there are 4 - 5 bones per section. Preheat oven to 300°. Tear off sections of foil that are roughly 6 inches longer than the ribs. Coat ribs front and back with barbeque sauce. Wrap ribs separately in foil and seal tightly. Place ribs in oven seam side up. Bake 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until you see the meat shrinking from the cut ends of the bones by about 1/2 inch. Remove ribs from foil. Place on barbeque grill outside and cook over medium-high heat for 2 - 4 minutes per side. Watch for flames, do not burn. Serve with BBQ sauce.
