Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients:
  • 20 medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp Frank's hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • pinch of rosemary
  • Lemon wedges

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400°. Shell and devein the shrimp. In a glass pie pan, combine the melted butter with the hot sauce, garllic, salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary. Stir. Arrange shrimp side by side in the dish and bake for 6-8 minutes. Immediately broil the shrimp for 2-4 minutes or until done. Squeeze some lemon juice over the shrimp. Serve immediately either over spaghetti or with grilled French bread.
