Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp ground sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Preparation:

This is a great flavor combination for indirect heat cooking of beef brisket, ribs, roasts, wild game, and poultry. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a suitable bowl. Coat your favorite cut of meat and cook slow and indirectly over charcoal or suitable hardwood.
