Combine all items in a bowl and mix well. Place brisket in ziplock bag (2 gal. size). Pour in marinade and let stand overnight or longer. Drain and reserve marinade. Place brisket on hot grill, turn frequently. Baste with small amount of marinade and cook for about 30 minutes until brown on both sides. Remove meat from grill and wrap in heavy aluminum foil, leaving room for marinade. Pour in marinade and seal, leaving small hole for steam to escape. Return to grill or into oven on about 250° for 3 to 4 hours.
