Mom's North Carolina Bbq

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 4-6 lbs pork picnic

Preparation:

Place pork picnic in dutch oven or crock pot.

Pour apple cider vinegar over pork. Drop mustard and ketchup on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika.

Pour lemon juice on top. Bring to boil, then simmer 4-6 hours.
