Oven Barbecued Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 4 lbs pork ribs (thick-cut)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry

Preparation:

Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hoTbsp Brown ribs on both sides. Add sherry and 1/2 cup of water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Transfer ribs to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Barbeque sauce: Combine ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.

Pour barbeque sauce over ribs. Bake uncovered at 300° F for 1 hour.
