Pacific Rim BBQ Fish

Ingredients:
  • 4 fish steaks (firm type)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tsp green onions, cut thin julienne

Preparation:

Rinse fish and pat dry, place into a baking dish. Heat sesame seeds in small skillet on low heat for 2 - 3 minutes, let cool, then toss with green onions, set aside to garnish fish.

Combine all seasonings, garlic and ginger and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15 minutes. Place in 350&° over and bake for 20 minutes or until done and fish is flaky, do not overcook. Place on serving platter, ladle pan drippings over fish and garnish with sesame and green onion mix. Makes 4 servings.
