Shirley Altick's BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs shrimp (about 15 to a lb)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 3 Tbsp worchestershire
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco
  • 1 tsp basil

Preparation:

If shrimp are not shelled and de veined, do so. Mix the seasonings well. Place shrimp in shallow pan and pour seasonings over. Toss thoroughly. Allow to stand several hours. BBQ or grill in broiler for about 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink.
