Shredded Bbq Beef

Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 lbs) boneless chuck roast
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation:

Place meat in a casserole dish or Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and bake in a 325° F oven for about 3 hours.

Remove meat and shred with a fork. Return to sauce (or add enough sauce to meat to your liking ). Heat thoroughly and serve in sandwich buns or hard rolls.
