Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine coffee, vinegar, molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce in small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Place ribs in shallow roasting pan; coat all sides with sauce.
Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender. Baste often with remaining sauce.
