Place drummettes in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 425° F for 35 to 40 minutes and drain. In a medium bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and hot sauce.
Place drummettes in the sauce mixture and coat thoroughly. Return drummettes to the baking sheet, reserving remaining sauce. Bake at 375° F for additional 30 minutes, brushing drummettes with remaining sauce half way through.
