Place brisket in a 13x9 pan. Pour liquid smoke over meat. Sprinkle with the salts.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day sprinkle with worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Cover and bake for 5 hours at 275° F. Uncover and pour 6 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce over meat and bake an additional 1 hour.
Cool 1 hour. Pour off juice into pan and thicken with flour and cold water. Serve gravy as a side for the BBQ.
