Indoor Smoked Brisket

Ingredients:
  • 1 10 to 12 lbs beef brisket
  • 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Garlic salt
  • Seasoned pepper

Preparation:

Brush liquid smoke lightly over entire briskeTbsp Coat liberally with your favorite barbeque sauce. Sprinkle heavily with garlic salt and seasoned pepper. Place fat side down in a roasting pan. Tightly seal with heavy duty foil. Refrigerate over night Cook at 250° F for 8 hours without opening the foil. Drain fat and liquid before serving.
