Mix ground sirloin, garlic salt, and pepper in larger bowl. Add to mixture 2 tablespoons of butter. Makes 4-inch round patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Coat grill with olive oil and place patties on grill until cooked to desired doneness. Flip only once to achieve perfect grill marks.
