Dredge steak with flour, salt and pepper. Fry in oil; reserve 1/3 cup drippings. Set steak aside. Blend 1/3 cup flour with 1/3 cup drippings; cook until smooth and brown. On low heat, add tomatoes, ketchup and water. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring often. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve steak in gravy or to the side. Serve with rice or potatoes. Have hot biscuits ready.
