Pound flank steak and tenderize. Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsly flakes. Spread evenly on top of meat. Starting from the long narrow end, begin to roll flank steak tightly.
Tie securely with cooking twine. Brown steak roll on all sides in large pot with oil. Once brown, pour marinara sauce in pot. Cover and simmer at least 1 1/2 hrs. Season sauce to taste.
