Bearnaise Bread

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 2 1/4 cups plus 1 Tbsp bread flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp dried tarragon
  • 2 1/4 tsp sharp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Preparation:

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by machine manufacturer and process on basic bread.
